We strive to provide our guests with an exceptionally clean, safe, and friendly experience. The
following Condotel Policy/House Rules have been established based on industry standards,
management and operations procedures, and our personal experience of owning and operating
the Harbor Light. These Policy/House Rules are considered a part of our reservation agreement
with you. As our condotel guest, by reading and signing your hotel registration you are agreeing
to abide by all our Condotel Policies/House Rules, terms and conditions, and procedures.


DEPOSIT POLICY
The final 50% of the total deposit, or the remaining balance will be charged within 30 days of the
date of check-in.


CANCELLATION POLICY
Guests will incur a fee of $50 if they cancel within 0 days after the reservation was made.
Guests will incur a fee of 50% of the total charges if they cancel within 30 days of the check -in
date. Guests will incur a fee of 100% of the total charges if they cancel within 14 days of the
check -in date. No refunds for weather or early checkout.


CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS
Check-in may begin at 3:00pm. If guests are arriving any later than 7:30 pm, there will be a $50
fee. Please notify the office at (609-729-5567) ahead of time if you will be late. In the interests of
security and to prevent fraud, guests are required to confirm their identity by providing their valid
government issued photo identification (state driver’s license, passport,etc.) at check -in. Any
balance on your reservation must be paid at check -in. At this time, we can only accept a valid
debit/credit card(Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) or bank check.


CHECK -OUT PROCEDURE
Check -out time is 10.00 am. Please check – out with the office so that housekeeping may begin
cleaning your room as soon as possible. At this time the key and parking pass is to be returned.
If you require a later check -out, please contact the office prior to the day of your departure and
we will do our best to accommodate your request. A charge may apply for a later check – out. If
you do not notify the office prior to the day of your departure a full additional day charge, plus
tax may apply for late check -out. Please make sure the room is clean upon departure. All
dishes should be done, refrigerator emptied and trash/recyclables must be taken out.


100% SMOKE-FREE
For safety and to assure that our facility is not exposed to items or actions that create an odor
which is unhealthy and objectionable to our guests and staff, and that is difficult to remove from
the air, carpet, walls, and furniture we do not permit smoking tobacco, marijuana, illegal drugs,
e- cigarettes, vape pens, vaping, cartridges containing the liquid of nicotine, hookahs, or cigars
in our facility. * If there is evidence of any type of smoking found in the room at the time of check
-out you will be charged a $500 deep cleaning fee.


NO ANIMALS ALLOWED
NO PETS. No pets shall be allowed at ANY time. If a pet is found on the premises, the tenant(s)
will be asked to leave the condotel and will not be refunded.


RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason(s) that does not violate Federal
or State laws. The Harbor Light will refuse service or evict a guest:for refusal or failure to pay for
accommodations, is under the influence of alcohol,drugs,or any other intoxication substance
and acts in a disorderly fashion as to disturb the peace of other guests; is unable to properly
supervise their children at all times, causes or permits persons to exceed the maximum
allowable occupancy of room, refuses to abide by the reasonab;e standards or policies
established by the Harbor Light for the operation and management of our condotel.


LOST & FOUND POLICY
The Harbor Light assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or
belongings. If you discover that you have left behind something of value to you, please call us
immediately at (609) – 729 – 5567 and we will try to assist you in locating your lost item.


DAMAGE AND/OR THEFT OF HOTEL PROPERTY
(NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS, NO PARTIES OR EVENTS, NO LOUD NOISES PAST 9:30)
You are liable for any damage however caused ( whether by the deliberate,negligent, or
reckless act) to the room(s), condotel’s premises or property caused by you or any person in
your party whether staying at the motel during your stay. Damages to any furniture/bedding
caused by makeup,lotions, bronzers, etc. will also not be tolerated. If you have a toddler
who is not potty trained, a swim diaper must be worn when in the pool to preserve the
pool/pool area from damages. Should this damage become known after the guest has
departed, we reserve the right, and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit/debit card for
any damage incurred to your room or the condotel property during your stay,including and
without limitations for all property damage,missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning
fee, guest compensation, etc. We will make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to
contracting a specialist to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any
costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.
